Background

I build companies, products, and technical systems from scratch. My work sits where product leadership, full-stack delivery, and applied AI meet: defining the real problem, designing the system, and staying close enough to implementation to know whether it works.

My background includes product and engineering work connected with edrone, Cisco, Kontakt.io, and Golem Network. Outside software, I make wine in Poland and build home-automation systems—two useful reminders that real systems have physical constraints, edge cases, and owners.

How I work

I start with the operating constraint rather than a preferred tool. The useful first slice is small enough to ship, but designed to survive beyond a demo. Decisions stay explicit: what is automated, where a human remains accountable, what can fail, and how the team will observe it.

I work directly with founders, product and technology leaders, and delivery teams. Depending on the engagement, that can mean building the system, leading the product and technical direction, reviewing risk, or teaching the team how to own the work.

Communities I run

Community work connects practitioners who are building with AI across Kraków and Central and Eastern Europe. Current initiatives include GenAI Cracow, Polski AI Bridge, and CEE AI Hub.

Teaching & speaking

Workshops and talks turn delivery experience into practical material: agent systems, RAG, semantic layers, AI-assisted engineering, automation, and the product decisions around them.
