Inquiries
We process the contact details, topic, message and additional information requested for the selected inquiry type. The submission record also includes language, source page, submission time, confirmation status and browser information. We use these data to handle the inquiry and communicate about it.
If you inquire about entering a contract in your own name, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For contact on behalf of a company, other correspondence and protecting the form, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling messages, maintaining business contacts and securing the site (Article 6(1)(f)). Replying to an inquiry does not require separate consent to contact you.
Providing data is voluntary. Fields marked * are required to process the form; without them you cannot submit it. The company name is optional. Please omit sensitive data and information about other people that is unnecessary for your inquiry. The form does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects or carry out such profiling.
Confirmation and infrastructure
When you submit the form, we save the inquiry in a Cloudflare D1 database while awaiting email confirmation. The confirmation email contains a link but does not include your inquiry content. The link expires after 24 hours. After confirmation, the record is marked as verified and we email you a summary. Email confirmation is neither marketing consent nor project approval.
Cloudflare processes data for hosting, storing inquiries and sending emails; people authorized to handle correspondence also have access to inquiries. Cloudflare operates globally, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Its processing terms and transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, are described in the Cloudflare Customer Data Processing Addendum.
Rate limits and an anti-spam field protect the form. For rate limiting, we store an IP-address hash with a request counter that expires after 120 seconds. We do not store your IP address in the inquiry record.
External links lead to services with their own privacy policies. We store your theme preference locally in your browser to retain your display setting.
Retention and your rights
We retain unconfirmed inquiries and records with failed confirmation-email delivery in the live database for 7 days from submission. An hourly cleanup then deletes them; when the scheduled task operates normally, deletion occurs within 7 days and 1 hour of submission. The confirmation link still expires after 24 hours; its expiry neither deletes the inquiry nor extends the validity of the link. Provider backups have a separate recovery window; deleting a live record does not immediately erase historical backups.
We retain confirmed inquiries in the live form database while handling them and related correspondence. Once handling is complete and the record is no longer needed for that purpose, an authorized operator deletes it manually. Confirmed inquiries are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Follow-up correspondence and records of resulting work are kept separately as needed to perform a contract, meet legal obligations or establish, exercise and defend claims. Deleting the form record does not delete emails from your inbox. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. Contact us and identify the inquiry your request concerns.
